I read this release as saying 1) There has been no material change to the business (i.e. we're still burning money and coming up with wishy washy terms that sound good but in reality mean nothing) 2) "The founders and promoters haven't sold their stock (yet) because they can't ... but they will start selling in October this year." Gives everyone about 6 months headstart... Seems pretty legit to me!
