Hi Jimmy dont want to be rude but if you dont know the answers to those questions you should not be investing in this company.
You have to know what your getting yourself into. This is the spec end of town and its not always happy thats for sure. This could keep going or it could dive without any notice or reason.
You will see this all the time do your own research.
