My guess:
1. Management have already disclosed intention to lodge mining licence (see recent quarterly activity reports)
2. Management do not believe the lodgement is a material price sensitive announcement
3. Management intend to update market in next activities report
4. Management are more focused on looking at new opportunities
5. The company has no full time staff and is not wasting money making a big show of meaningless announcements pretending that the iron price supports immediate development.
