Hi - A T/o is a definate possibility and at the moment would be similar to EVN's T/o of Phoenix Gold. With the second suggestion POG and AUD do affect the SP. Regarding a Buy now - I feel that other explorers have "held up " better with less gold resources. ERM has a processing plant that is not being used and to date no confirmation has been made to that effect (possibly due to the joint agreement). At the moment with a share price of under $2.00 EVN appeals as a more positive investment. Less shares but more price movement with low cost mines. ERM looks very attractive but needs everything to fall into place for them. Cheers
