1200x600 is impressive. Nice and black too. The blue you see on many solar panels, as in deep water, is caused by reflective light, which means the sunlight is not being fully absorbed, so the blacker the better.

Just imagine countless hectares of GSL panels in the SA desert transmitting power across the inter-connector during the day, then used to reverse generators, pumping water uphill back into dams then provide night time power. Its not rocket science to provide national electricity 24/7 on massive scales at costs well below that of fossil fuels.
