    Any announcement by GXY whether its SDV partnership for southern tenament or Mt Cattlin resouce upgrade, SP will not go up. Unless the instos ask for their shares back after these announcements, shorters wont be in hurry to cover short positions (unless all shortsellers panic and rush to buy at same time).
