The guts of a very long story is they won’t let us go until they have secured their positions.
They are quietly but surely relocating their cash into the the renewable sectors, they don’t want to tip off their shareholders as to cause a slide in their own stocks. It’s a very delicate operation for them.
Peak oil consumption keeps being brought forward.
2045, 2040, 2027, what’s their next prediction?
Once this occurs, everything will change! I can’t even fathom that will mean to what ever energy is on tap.
