    GXY rolled up into Livent share script and cash offer.

    SDV combined with Livents ops in Argentina.
    Although Livent is trading on a multiply 3 to 4 times our earnings per share.

    We will be part of bigger lithium cartel.

    Not to mention massive bluesky growth story.
