The big question is whether the govt will build the Badgerys Ck airport as a stimulus project. We may well have over 2 times the airport capacity that we'll ever need in 7 yrs time. And that's if we actually have a functioning economy where people can afford to travel and businesses can afford to fly their people around...as an alternative to Zoom, which is definitely going to be a lot better in future. I'm a former owner of SYD shares and will buy back in when it's rock bottom...if just for "dividend" peace of mind when paying for airport parking. One thing is for sure, if interest rates return to historical midpoint and air traffic only partially recovers, SYD is not worth a whole lot.
