You have some valid points, but Sydney airport is definitely a monopoly. If you arrive in Australia you are likely to land at Sydney Airport.

The technology point is a funny one, I remember when everyone was predicting that online shopping will kill bricks and mortar stores. If anything it has improved commercial warehouse/storage demand and shoppers still like going to a physical store to try/size and return their online orders. Yes we do have less physical shop fronts, but we always need physical stores.

I actually predict a travel boom in 2-4 years after the vaccine is released and fears have cleared. There will be built up demand and Australia is looking relatively safe from coronavirus (besides Victoria). I guess only time will tell.
