On Friday 25 June, despite the Sydney lockdown not having officially commenced if I correctly read the detail, QAN cancelled 58 of its 129 scheduled flights that should have departed for other cities and localities.
Today (Saturday 26) from Sydney to Melbourne, QAN has a miniscule four flights, having cancelled seven.
SYD doesn't make the amount of money per passenger on domestic flights that it does when international flights operate, but nonetheless this week-long lockdown will put a dint in its earnings, and that will continue into 2021-22.
