Totally with you on management feathering their own nest with freebie options etc.

I also think they have to do better than just tipping placements into the market anytime cash is getting a bit low. How about really doing the legwork to get the value of the assets properly understood in the marketplace (and the shareprice reflecting it), or finding someone prepared to put some "patient" capital into the company/projects rather than so-called "institutions" who seem happy to dump stock into the market anytime the price gets 10%+ above their placement price.

Agree there is a danger of a lot of the value being pi$$ed away unless they change their gameplan ....
