Yes that is right and to be fair, the guy was convicted using retrospective laws. Perhaps if the Government passes some restrospective laws for excessive executive payouts, there will be some more businessmen behind bars shortly.
Nevertheless, I believe in giving people a second chance and I don't think it will affect the future of WGP.
