Has anyone got any input into the current state of play? It seems to me that the Ramelius bid has a lot of value in it, I expected the Ramelius share price to crash very quickly but it hasn't happened . I can only assume that means that the "Market" believes that the merger of the two companies will be a good outcome. If that's the case , why is the Dioro share price so negative? I'd appreciate any useful comments.
