I've seen people ask that question so many times across this forum.
No a sp can not fall below 0.001 but Yes you can still lose!!!
If a sp stays at 0.001 it can then be restructured an example every 100 shares you have at 0.1c becomes 1 share at 10c and then the sp can continue to fall.
