    Maybe I'm missing something, but wasn't WAM Strategic ( WAR ) set up to do this kind of deal ? This will change the composition of WAM Capital.
    Maybe a takeover of WIC and not a merger could have resulted in "WAM Mining".
    I will miss my WIC holding. Unfortunately I don't know of a similar beast.
    I'm currently a seller @ $ 1.34.
