I would imagine that the delay would only be a couple of months, which isn't going to change too much. It's been almost 12 months since the eis was approved to be circulated for public comment. One of the recent articles said that the case was proposed to go to land court in Dec, so maybe there will be some progress after that. Not sure that the Korean potential investors will be hanging around waiting, though. Plenty of cheap coal on the market. China just announced they will put. 3-6% tariff on coal to protect their domestic producers. Rio was only making 7% on their thermal coal in first half of 2015, so this could be another squeeze for them and more so for the smaller operations.
