wickenby moves on chm, page-24

I missed the hearing .but just got hold of someone at CHM.
He was coy about the wickenby thing, but did say it had nothing to do with the company or the current management. I'll see if I can dig some more info.

Also their litigation funder must have some clout as they told me they are using Noel Hutley SC as their barrister. If it is him, I found on google he was used by News Corp against Seven. These people do not come cheap.

Does anyone know what happened in the directions hearing and why doesnt MMX let us know as they have in the past.
