walking out of sale agreement incurred a non refundable $5k deposit. i believe most rationale human will think carefully before making any purchase "life changing" agreement in the first place. in fy25 it is expected to have an improve settlement of between 425 to 475. worth upwards of $260m. that would be a 30% more than fy24 which currently expected to be slightly less than 300 home settled. there are also healthy amount of portfolio and pipeline increase to ensure continuity in future income.
