this is an example from INA. the numbers changed greatly depending on the inputs. Wickham Hill trying to push down the price so they can further short them? the settlement volume has affect Stockland as well. they only have 155 settlements in the first half compared to 382 fy23. this is in spite of having double the active communities. Stockland continued to invest in more developments expecting more growth in these sector.
