Wide high grade intersection 150m below Rocket Lode at Frog’s Leg

HIGHLIGHTS:
• MERC641D intersected 33m @ 3.64g/t Au including 6m @ 11.19g/t Au
and 2m @ 25.06g/t Au.
• The intersection is 150m below the currently defined Indicated resource at Rocket and confirms the extension to the southerly plunging high grade shoot.

Dioro Exploration NL (TSX: DIO, hereinafter "Dioro" or the "Company"), with joint
venture partner La Mancha Resources Inc., are pleased to announce a high-grade
intersection at the Frog’s Leg gold project giving the deposit exciting scope for
extension. MERC641D intersected 33m @ 3.64g/t Au from 615m including 6m @
11.19g/t Au from 615 metres and 2m @ 25.06g/t Au from 615 metres. ( Figure 1,
Table 1)
MERC641D was one of the last holes to be drilled as part of the 2007 diamond
drilling program. The intersection is significant as it is located 500m below the
surface, 150m below previous drilling and below the new March 2008 resource
envelope at Rocket. The wide, high-grade intersection confirms the southerly
plunging high-grade shoot shown by geological modeling incorporating the 2007
drilling. (Figure 2)
MERC641D was not included in the resource upgrade reported on the 1st April 2008
indicating that the Frog’s Leg resource will continue to grow as extensional drilling is
conducted. Potential remains to extend the resource at depth and in particular along
strike to the south.
Results are also available for five other diamond holes drilled as part of the
2007 program. MEDD135-7 were drilled in the upper northern portion of the Mist
lode to close of the resource in this area. MEDD138 and MERC637D were drilled
below the Gap and intersected lower grade mineralisation. (Table 1)
Next Steps
Diamond drilling is planned to test below the Tinker lode in the second quarter of
2008. The lower part of Tinker is within the newly identified south plunging shoot
confirmed by the intersection in MERC641D. Results from Tinker should be
available in August.
The Frog’s Leg underground mine has been producing ore for the past two months,
with all ore being transported to Dioro’s Jubillee Mill for processing for the joint
venture. Frog’s Leg is expected to commence contributing to Dioro’s Production by
June 2008.
