Post merger is when it will happen, so if you define "anytime soon" as next couple of months then you are right. If you look beyond Feb of next year that is where it will happen.
p.s. RIO also said they will boost production by 60% using "satellite" deposits, you figure out how they will boost that much and what "satellite" means and then come back and tell me.
