I have a problem with anyone trying to dictate the world's population. Allowing people control of their fertility means the the population will be determined democratically.
"So, please, stop being silly and if you want to continue this discussion let's talk about real solutions. Instigation a mass contraception program on the world's population has as much chance of happening as everyone becoming millionaires."
Offering contraception to the worlds population is by far the cheapest and simplest solution.
