I agree, the polititions are not doing anything of real substance. They appear to be influenced by the economic interests of business lobbying and alarmingly by the dictates of their religion. Religion has absolutely no place in politics and it should be made clear to them to leave that part of their life at home or seek other employment. We don't need all this complicated stuff, we just need to change and fast. That can be accomplished very simply with financial incentives and disincentives.
The example most of our elected leaders show in reducing their energy footprint is appalling and reflects the amazing sceptisism they still show for GW.
