"Population is expected to increase from 7 billion now to 9 billion in 2040. At some point population needs to stabilise. I don't think 12 billion in 2100 would be a good outcome."
That completely contradicts what was said earlier by another poster that the current population is already too high and it needs to be reduced dramatically. Can someone please make just one statement that make sense here? What population is sustainable?
