ACB so some kind of spatial equalisation process is in order? So how many millions extra can we support here from various countries around the world? If we use our inland areas and with the right changes we could support perhaps another 100 million? Perhaps more? Goes to show it can be done. But will the government ever have the will to do it? I doubt it.
