Thanks Tevye, I was aware of this a little but not to that extent. New Cal Seems like a basket case at the moment with plenty more troops on their way from france.
I think if we are to see any meaningful turn around I think we still need something bigger.
Will have to do some more digging as i know there is more refining capacity on the way for Indonesia. If people start caring about ESG more than price we might be in luck but until that starts happening we are in for a rough ride I think.
