The way they have structured this is super skewed to benefitting NMT shareholders.
IMHO Mt Edwards is a great nickel resource. I see it being gobbled up, or doing binding off takes with the Big Australian, can't see the 'new' company actually mining the resource. Nickel is in HUGE demand, BHP Nickel West only 40km down sealed highway and will need to suck in feedstock when it goes at 100%. Tesla signed deal with BHP for the Nickel Sulphate coming from Nickel West, go do the math!
WIN at 20c Market Cap of $50m, EV of $25m.
WIN shares on issue (SOI) 250,000,000. That's actually quite small. WIN going to be tightly held.
100% WIN shares held by NMT shareholders! How many other punters/investors who don't own NMT and therefore didn't get any WIN do you think will want to own WIN? Its a hot sector as shown in the WIN presentation.
Glad they did not offer to raise any more, they do not require it (now), and the way they have structured it is very, very smart.
IMHO WIN is a winner. I hope there are sellers on listing because I will be buying more.
