The funny thing is he wasn't even that positive when you read what he actually said.... markets just excited that they might get .5 instead of .75..... So the markets jump like 3-4% and the fed will be looking at that going ok maybe we do have to do the full 75. Either way the terminal rate is still likely to get to over 5%.
Either way should be a good day today for WIN regardless.
