    Any large exit would need a announcement, this was a buy at a broker from client to client, so someone sold and then someone bought, it wouldn't affect the SP its a change of hands, but it means something is moving around, which is good news, it also could mean that such a big change needed to happen before any announcements you don't want it to be seen as insider trading...
