    I dont recall anyone having raised this as a possibility, but what if WIN was to build its own concentrator? We all talk about BHP/Wyloo feed. I guess the arsenic issue would be the question, but if that was resolved, I think it would make sense. It would need a big capital raise and probably double the current shares on issue.
