    WIN are operating in the most regulated industry in one of the most regulated regions in the world. there has been a constant newsflow of positive results in a methodical strategy. Anyone can negotiate an offtake deal, its is the terms and pricing that is important. I'd prefer to wait for the right deal rather then rush into a bad one.
