Likely to be still ongoing discussions as I believe if it had fallen through completely they would have to inform the market? Good chance it might also be with more than one party, but with the lithium price in the toilet they would probably be getting screwed on price.
Not worth listening to me throw out maybe's though knipy, Contact the company directly if you have concerns, They have always replied to me as long as it was nothing market sensitive.
