To be honest with such a small number of stocks available in the market, it is very easy to manipulate price on this stock with play money from institution perspective. It is easy to accumulate and make the stock rocket up if they have desire to do so. Joys of penny stock investing with low SOI. I still believe there is a good fundamentals with this stock though, hopefully it comes to fruition one day.
