Yet your only evidence for this is the patent.
You don't seem to understand that what is written in the patent is not 100% guaranteed to be a feature currently available in the HX.
True, the features in the patent may be currently available in the HX, but the patent itself is not proof that the current HX has those features.

Hi, when the hx starts up the operator lets the boom of the hx scan the edge corners of the slab:

hx can't lay even 1 brick without scanning the edges of the slab, and since hx can lay a block on the slab corners and edges the 3d scanner is working right now.
