FBR is such a easy target to manipulate the SP, almost the same every year there would be periods without any Ann and no volume, whoever is building a book or to buy Lo sell high can easily play the market price to a great extent, +/-20% over a short period of time.
All insiders are staked up, it's a no brainer at this stage, I can smell it eyes closed, it's coming, finally.
