I think this re-interpretation of what the CEO is saying as a "negotiation strategy" is a rationalization against the firmly held faith many of us have in FBR's technology.
I for one am taking it at face value as I think it's a very good explanation as to why negotations and contracts have not progressed with Weiner burger.
