Those circled costs of yours include materials, genius. And 20% VAT which may or may not be chargeable.
You can only compare the labour costs as that is the component FBR is trying to replace.
Analysis on FBR cannot include all income earned in a joint venture, only the income applicable to FBR.
Calm your farm dude and try to research more carefully.
