Simply following the $$$$’s too the USA, where FBR will soon be dominating.Australia is heading for a recession and the USA is preparing to build and consolidate with the HX’s cheaper building opportunities. Our shares hit huge and we pick up 3 bedroom houses for$250,000 to $300,000, the prices they should be not $500,000 in Australia.
FBR already know the HX isn’t needed ( or welcomed) in this country.
