    I don't think there are other "Shopping Centres" in the area. I'm sure the cafe's etc in the centre offer wifi. By "Premium" that would suggest the network equipment it is using would be Fibre Optic & not standard adsl or cable connections. The cafe's would run a adsl modem with wireless router(not Premium) Also the Jam Factory Incorporate a train station & cinema's.
