Yes motorway.
The distance and strength means a hell of a lot.All that passing traffic that does not use the train station.I'm sure the Pud would be excited to promote free WIFI when people have lunch and after work .Maybe GCN can get them as clients promoting the lunches when people are in the bar.

The main point is that the signal is strong and hopefully stronger than the signal they are paying for.
