I'm not sure intellimoney, 70,000 subscribers is the number that has been constantly bandied around by commentators and by Unwired as a breakeven point in Sydney. Possibly it does only include the Sydney portion of spectrum and capex + opex on network in Sydney, i don't know and haven't delved into the figures deeply enough so far to work it out.
