Man alive! We are talking about the Chairman, not just a member of Insured's board.

Barry Driscoll is no slouch in the business world. According to his entry in LinkedIn, Barry Driscoll was also Vice President at The Bank of New York Mellon.

Now it is true that ASIC has twice found too many holes in his Insured Group's prospectus- see http://tinyurl.com/8gm4qdk. But presumably lessons will have been learned when it comes to submitting P1's prospectus, and Barry Driscoll will be in a good position to help save P1 from suffering Insured Group's fate at the hands of ASIC.

You can't expect a Chairman to know everything about what is happening at the executive level. So perhaps those who phone up for information about P1 should climb the golden escalators at www.p1card.com and speak to Peter Stafford. After that they can have lunch under the golden arches.
