    Roland seems to have been doing this sort of thing for a while and doesnt seem to be in any trouble yet.

    Im sure he is covering himself legally, paying plenty for corporate legal advice to make sure everything he does is technically legal.

    Whether the funds had a chance to be raised is a fairly subjective judgement, legally.
