I think Ronald is the man - He signed a shareholders agreement with Padbury for the funding where the agreement was that he will remain "anonymous".

The announcement was made by Padbury without checking the previous dealing of his companies.

Due to Fairstar episode, ASX/ASIC made a request to padbury to sight the confirmation whether funds are definitely available or not.

I personally believe this guy has funds and company will disclose his name on Wednesday.
