maybe centro doesnt care who own the shares and what they buy them for? perhaps they just dont care if investors are nervous? perhaps they dont care if they get a bad name through lack of disclosure?

wasnt it lack of disclosure that resulted in class actions? seems nothing has changed.

centro investor services are a total joke. they know nothin and tell you nothing. they may as well not have an I.S at all. if they didnt have an IS, it would fit right in with their PR......there is none..
