The inaction of our regulators only re-enforces this point... and the fact that the 'rule of law' is meaningless only encourages duplicity.

They are simply being allowed to conduct business here in any fashion they want and there would appear to be an endless line of Australians willing to assist them to sidestep our laughable checks and balances should the offer be right.
