No one is going to take on the environmental disaster that has been left behind. Google Earth reveals the extent of damage to the river system, all the way to the coast and there are towns along that river. People are being poisoned by heavy metals and compensation will be demanded. Finding someone to take on an environmental disaster in a questionable jurisdiction will be the problem with this getting off the ground. Might be one for Clive Palmer. He's a big enough DH.
