I actually feel rather sorry for Eric.
Looks to me as if he was shafted as much as many SHs. Guess someone has to take the hit to cover the main man.
It's interesting to go back and read all the happy clapper posts about what a great move it was for LYC to have this expert running the show. Apparently he could do no wrong and was the worlds premier expert in running a REE plant - maybe he still is?
