Reality, Downer's and Cat want construction, mining and infrastructure contracts and may assist with financial facilities,

Reality, NAIF meeting is almost cirtainty going to respond favorably and provide financial assistance for development,

Reality, TNG will become a mine and refinery of strategic metals.



Perception, until it's a done deal it's high risk, there seems no middle road it's either a done deal or its no deal.
